Member of the
National association of Realtors, Minnesota area association of
Realtors and the Minneapolis area association of Realtors. I
received my realestate license in October 1976. I began my career
working with clients purchasing "handyman" homes for remodel and
resale. This was a natural direction as I owned a remodeling company
and had been making money for several years fixing up homes in need of
repair. My next venture took me into
lakeshore development. I worked for a company that purchased raw
lakeshore, subdivided the lots and sold them to many familys for their
investment and enjoyment. I was the
managing partner for major investment company for over 15 years. We
purchased contract for deeds, and real estate. We also provided
financing for several builders for land development. For the
last 30 years I have also been a student of Metaphysics.
I enjoy studying the lost art of everyday magic, learning and
consciously creating my life using ancient wisdom skills. Today
I incorporate all I have learned. I use the knowledge and systems
of ancient tools of wisdom to assist my clients in choosing the correct
timeline for their sale and or purchase of Real Estate. I also use
these tools to create a Magical Kingdom, a space for joy and abundance
